性质: 又称干细胞生长因子。糖蛋白类物质。主要由肝细胞产生,有可溶性和膜结合两种形式存在。由基因重组技术制备。能促进IL-3依赖早期造血前体细胞的增殖和分化,可与IL-3,G-CSF、GM-CSF和EPO等细胞因子协同促进髓样、淋巴样和红细胞样细胞的产生,促进巨噬细胞增殖和黑素母细胞(melanoblasts)的增殖,在骨髓移植、造血功能障碍以及干细胞期治疗中有潜在的应用价值。医疗上用于治疗乳腺癌和淋巴癌。
