性质:磁浆涂布于带基上,磁粉是按各个方向随机排列的,这样不能得到良好的磁特性。为了提高磁特性,涂布后立即让未干的磁带通过一个强磁场,强制磁粉粒子尽可能沿着一致的方向排列,这种工艺过程称之为定向,也称取向式排磁,用于定向的磁铁称磁定向装置。定向装置可以是永久磁铁式电磁铁,定向磁场一般为39.8~238.7kA/m(500~3000Oe)。磁场大小取决于被定向磁粉的矫顽力和磁浆黏度。使用时,定向磁铁要经过仔细的选择与调整,以获得最佳定向效果。
