补充资料:上浆
      织物浸涂浆液并烘干以获得手感厚实和硬挺效果的整理过程。浆液主要用浆料和少量防腐剂配成,也可在浆液中加入柔软剂、填充剂或荧光增白剂等。常用的天然浆料有小麦淀粉、玉蜀黍淀粉、糊精、明胶等。化学合成浆料有羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸酯等。上浆一般用辊轧车浸轧或面轧(图1),使织物沾有适量浆液,经初步干燥再在拉幅机上拉幅烘干。全过程也可在联合机上进行。在织物上采用单面刮浆,可使织物带有较多的浆料,称为单面上浆(图2),主要用于棉布整理。根据上浆量的多少,有轻浆和量浆之分。浆液中通常加有滑石粉、陶土等填充材料。用纤维素锌酸钠浆液浸轧棉织物,再经稀酸处理,使纤维素凝固在织物上,可取得较为耐洗而硬挺的仿麻整理效果。
