根据带环形外侧凹开关件的结构和工艺特点,在模具设计中采用插入式哈夫块的侧向抽芯机构成型环形外侧凹,使模具结构简单、加工方便;采用潜伏式浇口的滞后顶出,减少了模具使用中潜伏式浇口处的堵塞,延长了模具的寿命。
