性质:在高真空条件下将油脂加热到适当温度使油脂中的游离脂肪酸挥发而脱除的方法。一般可采用降膜式蒸发器进行。残压应低于200Pa;加热应在不引起油脂分解的温度以下。挥发的脂肪酸通过冷凝回收。进料油脂要预先经过脱胶;主要是降低磷脂的含量使残余磷脂含量低于5mg/kg。此法适用含游离脂肪酸较高的油脂的初炼;可大幅度节约碱的消耗,降低皂脚所带走中性油的损失,并减少从皂脚中回收脂肪酸的工作量;因此有较高的经济性。
