To measure the electric parameters with the electrical machinery adopted on the progressive cavity pump well,the electric current,electric tension,power factor and so on,and calculate the torque rating output from the electrical machinery,then calculation of the torque rating of the polish rod is done.

According to this measuring principle, photo-electric optical lever is used in pulling and stretching measuring instrument to develop a high-accuracy intelligent system to measure Young s Modulus.
