In this paper,the microstructural properties of the EAF slag as well as the leaching behavior of the heavy metals in the slag are investigated.
结果表明,EAF渣呈碱性,渣中Fe、Cr和Ni等金属元素主要以金属颗粒、(Cr,Al)2O3和(Fe,Mn,Mg)(Cr,Al)2O4晶体形式存在,具有较高的回收价值;电炉渣中可浸出重金属离子含量未超出国家标准,但存在Cr(III)再氧化为Cr(VI)的可能;Cr(VI)浸出量随浸出时间延长而增加,且Cr(VI)在蒸馏水中的浸出能力较冰醋酸中强。

Research on the effects of Al-CaO based and Al-Ca based conditioning flux on the BOF tapping slag and the steel in the ladle was carried out in 180 tons ladles.
在180t钢包上采用铝造渣球和新型Al-Ca质改质剂对两种转炉出钢方式带入钢包的下渣进行了改质处理试验,结果表明:每炉加入200kg Al-Ca质改质剂的效果与加入400kg铝造渣球的改质效果相当;应用两种改质剂均未见有明显增碳;在达到同样改质效果时,应用Al-Ca质改质剂既便于精炼处理,又具有非常明显的成本优势。

An Al-Ca-based conditioning flux was newly developed and the comparative experiments were carried out between the conventional Al-CaO-based and the Al-Cabased conditioning fluxes to control the tapping slag in ladle for the 180 t BOF at a certain steel plant.
