Orthogonal tests with four parameters and three levels L16(45)were conducted to investigate the non-adhesion behavior,bonding behavior,and resistance to slurry erosion wear of epoxy resin/polytetrafluoroethylene(EP/PTFE)coatings filled with Fe,Al2O3,and graphite,aiming at developing non-adhesive and erosion wear-resistant coatings for the machinery equipments or parts.
为了研制机械设备或构件零部件表面的不粘耐磨涂层,选取五因素四水平的正交试验方案[L16(45)]研究了Fe、Al2O3、石墨填充的环氧/聚四氟乙烯(EP/PTFE)复合涂层的不粘性能、粘接性能和耐浆体冲蚀磨损性能,得到了复合涂层的最佳配方,并对其性能进行了分析。
