柠檬醛是合成香料及β-胡萝卜素重要原料,传统的柠檬醛纯化法有许多的不足之处,本文提供了一种快速简便获得高纯度柠檬醛的方法,即通过柠檬醛与NaHSO3反应形成的盐,可在60℃下就能分解成柠檬醛和NaHSO3,并根据索氏提取原理,将分解的柠檬醛从平衡体系中移走,从而能够将反应进行彻底,可以获得高收率(>65%)和纯度较高的柠檬醛(>98%)。
