Using acetyl chloride as acetylating agent and dichloromethane as solvent, the 4-(2',4'-difluorophenyl) acetophenone was synthesized from 2', 4'-difluorobiphenyl via Friedel-Crafts reaction.
以2’,4’-二氟联苯为原料,以乙酰氯为酰化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,经Friedel-Crafts酰化反应制备了4-(2’,4’-二氟苯基)苯乙酮,确定的最佳反应条件为:乙酰氯的添加温度低于15℃,反应温度25℃,二氟联苯/乙酰氯/三氯化铝(摩尔比)为1:1。
