补充资料:界面扰动
      相界面上存在浓度差、温度差、化学反应和(或)电荷时引起表面张力变化,产生张力梯度,从而使界面发生自然收缩、局部扰动、振荡和(或)破裂等的现象。由表面张力梯度和温度梯度所引起的界面扰动称为马栾哥尼效应或瑞利效应。在电场中,因受动电效应的影响,表面张力也会发生变化,使界面变形,从而引起界面扰动。界面扰动的结果使界面附近的质量、热量和动量的传递作用加强,化学反应加快,传质系数增加(甚至可增大一个数量级)。
