When a special pin gate, called twin-gate, was applied in mold design, a kind of flow called self-interference flow (SIF) will be formed in cavity during injection molding process, which can control the aggregated structure of polymer and enhance the impact strength of product.
采用特殊的孪浇口设计可以产生一种所谓的熔体自干扰流动行为,通过这种自干扰流动可以控制聚合物的凝聚态结构,得到制品的冲击强度要大大优于一般浇口所得制品,这种型腔内的自干扰流动很难用传统的理论模拟来描述,采用传统的实验方法也很难对之有清晰的了解,而采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术模拟这一流动过程,使我们有可能来研究其形成及影响因素,以用于理论的建立及实际的生产。
