suanxing shaojiekuang酸性烧结矿(aeid Sinter)碱度(eao/5102)小于0.5的烧结矿,由铁精矿或富矿粉不加或少加熔剂烧结而成。它的含铁矿物为磁铁矿、赤铁矿,主要钻结相矿物为铁橄榄石(ZFeO·510:),钙铁橄榄石(CaOFeOSio户。红热的酸性烧结矿在冷却过程中不发生自然粉化。它的机械强度较高,但FeO高,还原性差,软熔温度低;单独使用此种矿入炉冶炼,需加入大量石灰石;而且还原性差,导致高炉产量低、焦比高。现代高炉除某些特殊情况外,已不使用此种烧结矿。 (周取定)
