调料:盐、高汤精、白糖、香草
烹制方法:
1、鸡肉中加入洋葱末、芒果粒、香草、白糖、盐搅拌均匀,放入面皮中做成春卷形状,为防止馅外露,可在皮上抹少许面糊,逐个做好后入锅中炸至金黄即可。
特点:酥脆鲜香,果香浓郁。
