KRA could not be applied to uncertain data directly because uncertain data has probability.

However,the number of the possible world instances is far greater than the volume of the uncertain database,making it infeasible to combine medial results generated from all of possible world instances for the final query results.

In this paper,a probability based method was developed for life cycle assessment(LCA) under data uncertainty,which included the establishment of the probability distributions for life cycle inventory parameters and aggregated potential environmental impacts,the identification of the key parameters with significant environmental impacts,and the sensitivity analysis to the key paremeters.

Based on an analysis of the status quo and accomplishment of research on GIS data uncertainty, the main frame and system of GIS data uncertainty is described primarily.
