性质:指在200℃以上使用,涂膜不变色、不脱落,且仍能保持一定的物理机械性能的涂料,广泛用于烟囱、高温管道、热交换器、高温炉、石油裂解设备、发动机部位等方面,种类繁多,通常分为有机与无机两类。有机耐热涂料包括杂环聚合物耐热涂料和元素有机(有机硅、有机氟、有机钛)耐热涂料,以有机硅耐热涂料最为常用,清漆可耐200~250℃,配以金属粉、耐热填料后则可耐300~700℃高温。具有较好的耐热性、耐水性、电绝缘性和良好的机械性能,但硬度较低,耐燃性较差。无机耐热涂料有硅酸乙酯、硅酸盐、硅溶胶、磷酸盐涂料等,耐热温度可达400~1000℃,且耐燃性好,硬度高,但漆膜较脆。近年来,开发了采用有机树脂与无机涂料进行匹配或化学改性的无机-有机型耐热涂料。
