Tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) modified sols were prepared with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(γ-GPTMS) and methyltriethoxysilane(MTES) as precursors, and then two types of organic silane hybrid film were obtained.
结果表明:有机硅烷杂化膜可有效提高铝合金的耐蚀性,其耐蚀效果与传统铝合金表面钝化膜相当,其中GPTMS/TEOS膜的性能更优于钝化膜。
