贮矿场

zhukuangehang贮矿场(s tockplle)选矿厂中原矿及产品贮存的场所。它的主要作用是调节采矿、运输与选矿厂之间生产不平衡的矛盾。由于在粗碎或中碎作业之前矿石杜度较大，不便于堆料和取料，所以贮矿场一般设于中碎作业之后。贮矿场占地面积较大，投资较高，必须通过全面的技术经济比较确定。只有在选矿厂规模较大，采矿与选矿厂之间运输距离较远，气候、运输路线的地形和地质条件差或选矿厂和冶金厂位于同一厂区需同时贮存几种矿石等条件下，才考虑设置贮矿场。 贮矿场设有贮料场，并配备进料带式输送机、堆料机、取料机、出料带式输送机、样品检测和环境保护等设备。贮矿场一般设在露天。当有特殊要求，如防雨、防冻、防污染环境时，可考虑设在厂房内。料场布置方式有长方形和圆形两种。长方形料场有一跨两堆制、两跨两堆或四堆制。圆形料场堆料为圆环形，外圆直径45~10om。贮矿场的大小应根据选矿厂的生产规模及贮矿时间要求等因素确定。贮矿时间较长，一般多于15天。 (崔光辉)
