1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前检查伐门手柄是否处于静止的位置。
3、拧开压缩空气冲伐，然后进行试车；试车时，伐门开得小一点，冲锤不要空打在设备上。确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
4、工作时，把需要冲击的部位正放在冲头下面，不要歪斜，以免发生人身事故。
5、操作冲头伐门时不要使冲头一冲到底，要往返冲击几次。
6、工作后，要把伐门手柄放在静止的位置上，然后关闭总伐。
