Martonne,Emmanuel de 

   法国地理学家 。又译马东男 。生于沙布里,卒于索镇。巴黎大学教授。创建巴黎大学地理研究所,任所长。曾任国际地理联合会秘书、主席和第一任名誉主席。主要研究山岳冰川、准平原、气候地貌和水文学。改进了W.M.戴维斯的侵蚀轮回说。认为自然地理学是一个地区整个地理研究的基本部分,主张自然和人文两方面结合在一个体系中。提出计算干燥指数的公式。创用外流区、内流区和无流区等专名。著有《自然地理学专论》 、《中部欧洲》和《法国自然地理》等。
