The process of using a new powder chemical coating (transpositional coating) to produce Nickel coated SiC particulates has been studied.
应用自行设计的新型化学涂层工艺 (置换法 ) ,对粉末表面进行预处理后 ,采用自配亲水性溶液对被涂颗粒(SiC)进行表面预处理 ,改善了涂层金属与颗粒基体的结合状况 ,与未经亲水性处理的普通置换法相比 ,新型化学涂层工艺得到了较光滑、致密的Ni涂SiC粉末 。

The process of a new powder chemical coating (replacement reaction method) to produce nickel coated SiC particulates has been studied and two kinds of coating process and coating result were also analyzed, the physical and mechanical properties of different materials were compared.
应用新型化学涂层工艺 (置换法 ) ,成功地制备出结合紧密、光滑的Ni涂SiC粉末 ;分析对比了两种不同涂层工艺原理及涂层效果 ;分析了不同SiC增强Al Fe V Si(0 812 )复合材料物理和力学性能。

The electrothermal film of SnO_2 was prepared by chemical spray method,using the pipe of glass as substrate material and the solution of Sn(NO_3)_4,Sb(NO_3)_3,Ce(NO_3)_3 as spray liquid.
