Using the titration,spectrophotometric and gravimetric method to determine the composition of deposits and corrosion products( called as fouling sample) in phosphorus and zinc circulating cooling water system, This analysis method can eliminate the interference of high content phosphorus and zinc to the testing of other elements in sample,and improve the accuracy of the results.
采用络合滴定法、分光光度法和重量分析法等常规手段测定磷锌系循环冷却水系统中沉积物和腐蚀产物(以下称垢样)的组分含量。

In the scheduled turnaround of the ethylene plant,field corrosion investigation,sampling and photographing of the water coolers in the two cooling water systems of the plant were performed and fouling samples were analyzed.
大修期间对乙烯厂两套循环水系统所属水冷器进行现场腐蚀调查、采样、拍照,对现场所取垢样成分进行分析鉴定,根据鉴定结果对循环水系统的水质进行了综合评述,指出循环水系统整体腐蚀较轻,仅有部分水冷器存在泥沙堵塞和污垢沉积问题,建议要严格控制补充水水质并控制水冷器的循环水流速,防止污垢沉积问题的发生,确保装置安全长周期运行。
