妊娠期人细小病毒感染


  人类细小病毒可引起某些感染,但大多较轻微。孕妇感染该病毒后一旦传给胎儿,因胎儿免疫功能尚不完善,常可导致严重感染;人细小病毒可抑制胎儿红细胞成熟系统,从而引起胎儿贫血、缺氧、充血性心力衰竭,最终导致胎儿流产、死产或积水型死胎。因此,近年来国外对孕妇中人细小病毒的感染颇为关注,并已建立了相应的检测技术,如EIA、RIA、ELISA、免疫荧光、核酸杂交和PCR等。
