By analyzing the concerned views of Chinese and western theorists,the author of this article puts forward three principles of constructing ecocriticism,which are the principle of ecological advancement,the principle of ecological whole,and the principle of the integration of different notions on ecocriticism,hoping to standardize the construction of ecocriticism.
