AIM To prepare buspirone hydrochloride buccal adhesive tablet and investigate factors that influence drug release behavior and the drug release mechanism.
本文选择的药物盐酸丁螺环酮 (ｂｕｓｐｉｒｏｎｅｈｙｄｒｏｃｈｌｏｒｉｄｅ)是一个新型的非苯二氮类抗焦虑症药物 ,具有疗效好、副作用小、无成瘾性等优点 ,但该药口服给药时存在严重的肝首过作用 ,生物利用度低[2 ] ,因此作者将盐酸丁螺环酮制成口腔粘附片 ,考察影响药物释放的因素 ,并对释药机理进行初步研究。

Methods From Jun 2003 to Dec 2006,Using with four methods to repair 32 patients complex hypospaias:pudendal-thigt split thickness skin free grafts to reconstructed urethra,buccal mucosa free grafts to reconstructed urethra,buccal mucos combined with a local turn-over flap and pudendal-thigt split thickness skin with a local turn-over flap to reconstructed urethra.
方法:2003年6月至2006年12月对32例复杂尿道下裂分别采用阴股沟中厚皮片游离移植、口腔粘膜游离移植、口腔粘膜耦合局部皮瓣、阴股沟中厚皮片耦合局部皮瓣再造尿道4种方法修复各型复杂尿道下裂。
