本文以Transit汽车前桥轮毂铸件为例,针对小型轮毂球铁件产生缩孔缩松缺陷现象,采用计算机模拟技术模拟铸件的温度场,进行铸件孤岛检测,分析缩孔缩松缺陷产生过程,并用多通道数据采集器测定铸件凝固过程中温度场的分布特点,分析研究了此类铸件产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的机理,对消除铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷的工艺方法进行了讨论。
