The effects of processing parameters such as starting position, dipping angle, dipping speed, dipping depth and heat exchange coefficient on temperature difference in circumferential direction and temperature difference between surface and center of welding zone of high lamp-post base were investigated quantitatively.
通过试验测定了高灯杆浸镀锌液的表面换热系数 ,分析了焊缝区温度场的分布 ,采用三维有限元模型定量研究了热浸镀时浸入起始端、浸入角度、速度、深度和换热系数波动等工艺条件对灯杆座焊缝区域周向温差和表里温差的影响。
