由于血浆中M蛋白增多，使血液粘稠度增加而引起的循环血流动力学改变，常见于巨球蛋白血症，多发性骨髓瘤及类风湿性疾病伴有IgM和IgG形成免疫复合物者。临床表现为皮肤、粘膜及消化道出血；视网膜静脉扩张、出血及视乳头水肿；充血性心力衰竭；头痛、痉挛、昏迷等。实验室检查：血浆蛋白增加，蛋白电泳出现M成分，血液粘度增高。应积极治疗原发病，降低循环阻力，出血者可试用肾上腺皮质激素等，紧急情况可考虑血浆置换。
