细胞为了进行正常的生命活动,必须从周围环境摄取营养物质,并将代谢产物或废物排出细胞。细胞与周围环境进行物质交换,必须通过细胞膜。细胞膜控制物质出入细胞的性质称为细胞膜通透性。其最显著的特点是选择性,这对于保持细胞内环境的相对稳定具有重要意义。决定通透性大小的因素是通透物质的理化性质和细胞膜的结构及所处的环境。
