肝脏病时,肠道内抗原通过侧支循环进入体循环,激发抗体生成,导致免疫复合物性肾炎,最终形成肾小球硬化。多见于肝硬化期,临床表现以肝病表现为主,肾脏病表现为次。晚期可有肝肾衰竭。
