O因uo Jiliongf。德国《计，法》(白叨onMe如枷盯，C七nnany)德国是计量立法较早的国家，在1以犯年就颁布了《帝国度量衡法)，1935年改为《度量衡法》。19已劲年，在对1935年(度量衡法)进行修改的基础之上，联邦议会取得联邦参议院同意后，先后通过了《单位制法》和《计量法)。(单位制法》包括国际单位制6个基本单位的规定。1970年规定了《单位制法》实施条例，条例规定了所有导出单位的定义、名称和简称。《计量法》由联邦德国计量大会讨论、制定、修改并通过实施该法的有关决议。1叨3年和1985年分别对《计量法》做过修改。1盯3年修改的主要内容是增补有关包装品的计量监督条目。1985年修改的主要内容是强制检定例外条例、计量器具的强检范围等。按照新《计量法》的规定，有的计量器具可以自检，有的由国家检定站检定，一些高精度的计量器具必须由国家机构检定。新《计t法》于1985年2月22日生效， 1986年11月26日重又修订新的版本。在新《计量法》中，对计量器具的型式批准、强制检定的限制和扩大，检定能力和检定的批准，检定计量器具的应用，乡、镇合作，包装品与酒店柜台酒杯、公平秤和司秤员的委任，费用、查询和检查，管辖权，授权，罚款等内容作了明确规定。(王红)
