By enriched culturing of iron bacteria on the surface of BAC using the ozonation-BAC process,three strains of iron bacteria:Ferrobacillus,Gallionella ferruginea and Leptothrix volubilis are obtained through separation.
对应用于实际工程的O3-BAC联用工艺中的生物活性炭上的铁细菌进行富集培养后,进一步分离得到三个属的铁细菌,它们是亚铁杆菌属(Ferrobacillus)、嘉氏铁柄杆菌属(Grenathrixpolyspora)和缠绕纤发菌属(Leotothrixvolubilis)。
