硅油乳液型消泡剂一般为水包油型(o/w)乳液,即水是连续相,硅油是非连续相。它是将硅油、乳化剂及增稠剂等进行预混,然后逐步加水搅匀,最后在胶体磨中反复研磨直至得到合乎要求的乳液。
硅油乳液型消泡剂是有机硅消泡剂中使用面最广、用量最大的一种消泡剂。它的特点是易分散在水体系中,可广泛用作水相体系的消泡剂。
