d一anJ一shoum一ng电极寿命(life of eleetrode)电极经受电解的合理期限,也称电解周期。可溶阳极的寿命,在一定电流密度下主要与阳极金属的纯度有关。纯度高一些,寿命长一点;反之则短一几点。阴极寿命主要受电解沉积产物形态的影响。当电解沉积产物常为疏松枝状构造或长出芽疙节瘤时,阴极寿命就较短。减少悬浮阳极泥混入电解沉积产物内和避免电极短路对提高阴极寿命有利在使用暂时阴极,即阴极沉积金属需要剥取的情况下,电极寿命还受电解工艺要求和剥离操作的影响。不溶阳极的L作期限或寿命,取决于其遭受破坏的程度,一般从数周至一年或更长,视其材质、成分、钝化的难易、表面处理情况和电解条件等因素而定。
