The gas shielded welding is applied to the longitudinal welding seam on the air reservior of freight cars, various factors effecting welding quality have been analyzed through multi times adjustments and tests, the results indicate that the reasonable & compatible welding parameters and scientific swing welding methods can ensure the good internal and external welding quality of welds.
