【出处】《四川中药志》
【组成】仙鹤草、炒蒲黄各1O克,茅草根20克,大蓟10克。
【功用】止血活血。
【主治】鼻衄、吐血及大便下血。
【制法】上药加水适量,煎沸后门泡15分钟,代茶频饮。每日1剂,血止后停服。
【按语】仙鹤草又名龙牙草、脱力草,性味苦涩、平。功能收敛止血,并有强壮健胃作用。用于多种出血性疾患及劳伤脱力。据实验研究,粗制浸膏有促进血液凝固作用。蛙腿灌流时有收缩周围血管作用。小鼠静脉注射,出血时间缩短45%,家兔静脉注射,可大大缩短其血凝时间并使血小板增加。其根部对人体绦虫有驱除作用。蒲黄为香蒲棒上的雄性花穗,传统用法:用性凉能行血,炒黑则味涩,治多种出血。《神农本草经》说它“主心腹膀胱寒热,利小便,止血、消瘀血”。茅草根甘凉,有止血、清热、生津、利尿之功效。大蓟甘凉,能凉血散瘀、利尿降压,除用于多种出血,还可用于肾炎及高血压。外用可治痈肿疮毒及外伤出血。本方集四种止血药于一方,不仅止血作用强,还具有活血化瘀、清热宁络的作用。若体虚或出血量多者,仙鹤草用量可加倍。
