性质:又称橡胶模具、橡胶压模、橡胶硫化模。用于压制橡胶产品的金属模型。一般用钢材(如45号钢)按图纸要求经机械加工而制得,并经热处理以提高其硬度及耐磨性。模具型腔与产品结构相同,型腔尺寸必须考虑不同橡胶的收缩率,在产品尺寸基础上进行放大或缩小,方可得到合适的产品尺寸。模具从工艺操作考虑还要设置流胶槽、启模口、定位销等。
