| 气陷证 人体气虚升举无力反而下陷的证候。多由气虚证的进一步发展，或劳累用力过度，损伤某一脏器而致。人体脏腑器官固定于一定位置，有赖于气的升举作用，若升举无力，往往导致内脏下垂。故气陷证以内脏下垂为主要特征。中气下陷，清阳不升，见久泄久痢，脱肛，小儿囟陷，胃下垂，腹部坠胀；肝下垂，右胁下坠胀；肾下垂，小腹两侧坠胀。子宫脱垂为气陷证的常见表现，若因产后过早过重的劳累致子宫脱垂而不兼全身气虚症状者，同样可视为气陷证的表现。由于气陷证多由气虚证进一步发展而来，故兼见头晕眼花，少气倦怠，舌淡苔白，脉弱等表现。治宜补气升提，方如补中益气汤、升陷汤。 |
