性质：化纤生产中应用的一种助剂，添加到成纤高聚物后再行纺丝，可改善纤维表面过强的光学反射，故名消光剂。其消光的原理在于该消光剂的折射率与成纤高聚物的折射率相差很大，添加后所纺得的纤维，使入射光产生散射而被消除极光，降低透明度，增加白度。化纤生产中常用的消光剂为二氧化钛(TiO2)，粒度<1μm，根据不同的消光要求，消光剂的添加量可在0.03%～4.0%之间。
