There is a little amount of feedstock in the condensate from cooling separator of H2 compressor in styrene plant,and there is also H2 entrainment in the discharged condensate,which directly goes to wastewater treatment system,resulting in feedstock wasting,wastewater treatment cost increasing,as well as hidden danger and environment pollution.

Technical research on the removal of trace oil from condensate;

To obtain the vaporization rule of organic pollutants in a young landfill leachate,we conducted normal evaporation and gas-carrying evaporation experiments,analyzing TOC and volatile fatty acids(VFAs) of batch condensate.

The results show that,for three types of evaporation tests,there always exist clear turning points of concentrations along with the decrease of condensates COD in the process of evaporation,and COD keeps on the low level after these points.
