By means of the cellular morphology and the physio logical-biochemical features, and combining with partial 16S rDNA gene sequencing results of the bacterium, the amount, community structure and their distributions of H 2S-producing bacterium in the sediment of the near-shore shrimp-cultural pond were analyzed.

A study on the dynamics of bacterial numbers and productivities in five marine shrimp ponds showed thatthere were big fluctuations of bacterial numbers in the water of different ponds and also big fluctuations ofbacterial numbers at various sampling time in the same pond.

长毛岭养鹿场位于类乌齐县长毛岭乡那登通，海拔3960米，离县城52公里，通汽车。该地1988年被西藏珍稀野生动物考察队划为马鹿自然保护区。该场始建于1975年，后逐年扩大，现占地3.6平方公里，饲养野马鹿120余头。在养鹿场圈外野鹿至少有几百头。长毛岭养鹿场不仅是昌都地区，而且是西藏唯一的马鹿自然驯化场地。鹿场内以国家二级保护动物马鹿为主，也有少量的国家一级保护动物白唇鹿。由于地形和气候的关系，养鹿场一带山势开阔、水草丰美、植被丰富。
每当春夏之际，整个草原变成充满微生机的绿草世界，而盛开在草原上的各种野花更是五彩缤纷，争奇斗妍，各种珍禽异兽悠闲地徜徉在大自然恩赐的阳光之中。在驯鹿人引导下，当你进入圈内，马鹿会友好地什出舌头舔你的手心，有趣可爱至极。
