In order to determine the optimal operational conditions for Residual Oil Texaco gasifier and provide information for further development in residual oil gasifier structure, gasification processes in the gasifier were studied by using a comprehensive mathematical model.
采用综合模型对德士古渣油气化炉进行数值计算,分别模拟了油-蒸汽混合物中水蒸汽比例提高10%和20%以及氧气相对于渣油的比例提高5%和10%的情况下,渣油在德士古气化炉燃烧室内的燃烧情况。

In order to get a thorough understanding about the interior reactions in Texaco gasifier and provide information for further development of residual oil gasification process, a comprehensive mathematical model for simulation of residual oil combustion has been developed in this paper.
