适应症： 主要用于防治甲状旁腺功能不足（如手术误把甲状旁腺切除或由于血液供应障碍）而引起的手足搐搦症。由于其作用缓慢，应同时静注钙剂，以求速效。急性症状控制后，改用钙剂和维生素Ｄ继续治疗。本品也可用于铅中毒，使积存于骨中的铅溶解。本品对其他原因引起的手足搐搦和痉挛症无效。
用量用法： 肌注：重症５０～１００Ｕ／次，轻症１０～２０Ｕ／次，１～２次／日，连用５～６日，间隔１～２周后可再行用药。一般应同时静注１０％葡萄糖酸钙液５～２０ｍｌ，以求速效。反复给药，应经常检查血钙，其量超过３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（１２ｍｇ％）时，即应停药。
注意事项： 长期用药可使疗效降低。
