jiaotan shousuol位焦炭收缩率(shrinkage rate of coke)焦炭重新加热到高于炼焦终温后产生的收缩量占原来长度的百分率。焦炭受热时先发生膨胀(见焦炭热膨胀系数)，继续加热到1 000℃后，焦炭开始收缩。在1000一1400℃温度范围内，焦炭中一部分碳石墨化，改变了焦炭的物理和力学性质，这时焦炭密度随温度上升而增大;同时由于焦炭中部分无机组分(灰分)分解并与碳反应，气孔率也增大(见焦炭热强度)。这些变化的结果使焦炭的体积发生收缩。焦炭的收缩率与原料煤的组成有关。配合煤中配入较多的气煤或长焰煤时，所得焦炭的收缩率较大，加热到1400C时的收缩率约为0.6一1.5%;配入无烟煤等瘦化组分时，所得焦炭加热到高温时的相应收缩率较小。(见表)焦炭加热到1400C以上时，收缩率极小，这时焦炭呈现出热稳定性。 焦炭试样加热到1400C时的平均收缩率书叮 (江中石氏)
