The ultrasonic detecting method, using small angle longitudinal wave probe injecting from header side, along with the big angle short front edge and small crystal chip bevel probe injecting from tubeseat side, is proved effective, through theoretical analysis, laboratory and application tests, for flaw detection of tubeseat fillet weld of small tube on header.
采用小角度纵波探头从集箱侧入射,配合大角度、短前沿、小晶片斜探头从管座侧入射的超声波检验方法对锅炉集箱小径管管座角焊缝进行检验,经理论分析、试验室及现场应用试验证明,该方法具有灵敏度高、易于应用等特点。

Cracks around high temperature bolt stud and thread root of high pressure vapor riser and governing valve are checked with ultrasonic detection by using single-straight probe and tilting probe.
分别使用普通单直探头和小角度纵波斜探头对火电厂高压导汽管和调速汽门两类柔性无中心孔高温紧固螺栓杆部、螺纹根部环向裂纹进行超声波检测试验,结果表明两种探伤方法均能在基准灵敏度下有效地对裂纹缺陷进行检出,但是使用普通单直探头方便快捷,检出的裂纹波幅明显高于小角度纵波斜探头方法。
