leaching efficiency

  J inehulU浸出率(leaehing effieieney)进入浸出液的金属量占浸出固体物料中该金属总量的百分数。确切地说,是矿石、精矿或其他固体物料中需浸出金属总量减去浸出后残渣中所含被浸金属的含量,除以矿石、精矿或其他固体物料中该金属总量所得之百分数。例如,含Zn6o%的锌焙砂lookg,经酸浸出后,得到30kg浸出渣,渣中含Zn6%,则浸出率二(100火0.6一30xo·06/looXo·6)又100%=97%。浸出率是湿法冶金浸出作业的一个重要技术经济指标,与浸出作业效果密切相关。 (普君乐)
