性质:当一细束光通过粗晶透明铁电陶瓷薄片时,透射光以一定的角度分布向前散射,且此角度分布依赖于陶瓷极化轴的取向(即依赖于剩余极化的方向),因此,用施加电场的方法改变陶瓷极化轴的取向时,就可改变和控制散射光强度和角度分布,这就是电控光散射效应。利用此效应可制成光开关器件。
