l一huonsh一eixuonjl立环式磁选机(upright disk magnetic sepa-rator)一种强磁场磁选机。其特点是分选环垂直安装,绕水平轴在磁极间运转。有单立环和双立环磁选机两种。双立环磁选机结构示意如图。两个分选环垂直安装在同一水平轴上,磁系由磁扼、铁芯和激磁线圈组成,装有球形磁介质的分选圆环在磁场中低速旋转,矿浆经细筛排除粗粒和杂质后,沿整个圆环宽度给入处于磁场中的分选室,非磁性矿粒在重力作用下,随矿浆穿过球介质间隙流至尾矿槽,磁性矿粒被吸在球介质表面上,并随分选环一起转动离开磁场区,当转到环体最高位置时,受压力水的冲洗流入精矿槽。与平环式磁选机相比,立环式磁选机的非磁性矿粒和磁性矿粒的酗 双工环磁选机 1机座沼一磁辆;3一尾矿槽;4一线圈沥一磁极; 6一风机;7一分选圆环;8一冲洗水管;9精矿槽;10一给矿器; 11一球介质;12一电动机和减速箱排矿点相距较远,故分选精度高;由于分选圆环在垂直方向上运转,球介质得到较好的松动,故可避免堵塞但因其只一个分选环,即只能有一个给矿点,故单位机重和单位机体体积的处理量较小。 (桂展欧)
