Through investigating the effect of the form and component of pigment on the properties of coherent, brushing, potential and anti corrosion of sacrificial coating, a new type sacrificial coating which has low pigment volume concentration(PVC), high barrier property, excellent cathodic protection and without facial printing was developed.
通过研究铝基合金颜料的形状和成分对牺牲型涂料的涂刷性能、涂层附着力、电极电位和防腐蚀性能的影响 ,制备出颜料体积分数较小、屏蔽隔离作用和阴极保护作用均优异、不再需要罩隔离型面漆的牺牲型涂料 ,即阳极型超屏蔽涂料。
