Through analyses on hydrogeologi cal conditions of Tongting coal mine, prove d that ″4th Aquifer″ belongs to weak aquife r, and static reserve is primary, and recha rge of water source not enough, but in order to prevent the water of ″4th Aquifer″ into mine pit, set thick safety pillar under wat er-bodies,make a great quantity of coal res ources can not exploit.
通过对童亭煤矿水文地质条件分析,证实“四含”属弱含水层,以静储量为主,补给水源不足,而矿井为防止“四含”水进入矿坑,留设了厚层防水煤岩柱,使大量的煤炭资源被压,造成资源的浪费。

安童(1248~1293)

    中国元代前期政治家。蒙古札剌儿氏。木华黎四世孙  。忽必烈即帝位,召安童入宿卫,为四怯薛之长。至元  二年(1265)任中书右丞相。安童尊礼汉族士大夫,受到儒家思想的影响,积极协助忽必烈推行“汉法”。十二年,忽必烈命安童从皇子北平王那木罕出镇阿力麻里,防御叛乱的西北诸王。十三年,那木罕所部宗王昔里吉等叛变,将那木罕送交术赤系后王忙哥帖木儿,将安童送交窝阔台系后王海都。二十一年,被放还,仍为中书右丞相。二十四年,忽必烈重立尚书省,中书省形同虚设,安童因失去忽必烈的宠信,被迫辞职。
